Lee & Associates Charleston’s Will Sherrod, CCIM represented the owner in the redevelopment of the former Atlanta Bread Company building at 8966 University Blvd. for a new Starbucks Coffee and a Firehouse Subs location. The construction is underway and the tenants will take occupancy in early summer.
