Lee & Associates Charleston is proud to announce that Wade Allen, President of the firm, has been appointed to the Advancement Board for Real Estate Development (ABRED) at Clemson University.
ABRED plays a critical role in supporting the university’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program within The College of Architecture, Arts and Construction and The College of Business. The board fosters progress in the real estate development sector and associated disciplines.
This new appointment marks Wade’s third board affiliation with Clemson University. He has previously served in leadership roles for various university initiatives, including the $1 billion “Will to Lead” capital campaign and committees within the Student Affairs division.
As President of Lee & Associates Charleston, Wade is responsible for creating and executing the company’s business strategy, recruiting top talent, developing associates, overseeing financials, managing legal requirements, and driving growth across multiple business lines.
A four-decade veteran of the commercial real estate industry, Wade has significant experience in brokerage transactions, facility management, construction, and development across various asset types. His career has spanned multiple markets, including Dallas, Atlanta, Charlotte, New York, Boston, Charleston, and several international cities.
Aside from his professional accomplishments, Wade is actively involved in community service and holds leadership roles in various organizations, including the Charleston Regional Development Alliance (CRDA), Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), Camp Twin Lakes, and LifePark Church.
