Anchor Commercial/CORFAC International Represents Rogers Corner, LLC in a Lease with Walgreen Co. on a 14,550 Square Foot Retail project at 7501 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, South Carolina

Charleston, SC (February 6, 2011) – Anchor Commercial/CORFAC International, a  leading  full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charleston market, today announced the execution of a long term retail lease on behalf of Rogers Corner, LLC for a to be developed Walgreen’s Pharmacy at the corner of Ashley Phosphate Road and Rivers Avenue, North Charleston, SC.
Walgreen Co. will occupy the 14,550 square foot retail building on the 2.5 acre site owned by Rogers Corner, LLC.  Walgreen Co. signed a long term lease of the building and the Rogers family will break ground on the development within the next month under the construction management of Greensboro, NC based Kelley Properties.
