Milton Thomas and John Kincaid represented the owner of 9581 Palmetto Commerce Parkway, an 80,350 SF warehouse facility located within Palmetto Commerce Park. The brand new building just wrapped construction, and will welcome the new tenant Accelerated Couriers on a 5-year lease.
