Lee & Associates Charleston, the Lowcountry’s leader in commercial real estate services, announced today the acquisition of 4.60 acres of land at the corner of Dorchester Road and Indigo Fields Road, in which Lee & Associates represented the buyer, Hardy World, LLC.
The property will soon be home to Indigo, a 30K SF flex commercial development with suites divisible down to 1,950 SF. Numerous uses will be accommodated in this well-located center with prime Dorchester Road frontage including flex industrial, retail, office, and R&D. As Hardy World LLC continues to expand its Lowcountry footprint, Indigo is the latest project to bring their modern Class-A flex concept to a market ripe with demand for such a product.
