Lee & Associates has expanded its property management portfolio with the addition of Bridgeview Properties located at 4340 Corporate Road, 4275 Bridgeview Drive and 4355 Bridgeview Drive in North Charleston. The Bridgeview Properties are multi-tenant office buildings that total over 112,000 SF and sit on 10.2 acres. Milton Thomas of Lee & Associates will handle the leasing function. Lee & Associates is one of the largest third-party property managers in Charleston with a management portfolio of more than 35 properties totaling over 1,400,000 square feet.
