The property is the former home to King Street Grille, a popular sports-bar style restaurant chain, but has been sitting vacant for the past 4 years. Ideally located within the Middle King Street corridor, the space represents a fresh start and will be at the heart of a gradual return of consumer activity as the pandemic nears its end.
