Lee & Associates Charleston proudly announces the strategic hiring of Paul Hartley, SIOR, as the latest addition to our brokerage team. A distinguished figure in Southeastern commercial real estate, Hartley transitions from a successful tenure as Senior Broker and Director of Office Properties at Trinity Partners’ office in Columbia, to join forces with his son, Hunter, along with Managing Principal Bob Nuttall at Lee & Associates Charleston.
Bringing decades of experience as a top producer, Hartley is a 32-year designee with The Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. His commitment and expertise were pivotal in establishing Trinity as a market leader since its inception in 2018.
“Paul’s expertise and reputation is a significant asset to our team,” says Bob Nuttall, Managing Principal at Lee Charleston. “His remarkable track record sets the stage to further our success in Charleston’s dynamic market.”
Having completed several thousand transactions in his career, Hartley has consistently set industry benchmarks in the marketplace. Through the utilization of his SIOR network, Hartley has represented numerous multi-location clients throughout the Southeast and across the nation.
Not to overshadow his storied past, but Hartley’s hire is in large part due to family ties. He’ll join Lee & Associates to partner with his son Hunter Hartley, an Associate with the firm, along with Managing Principal Bob Nuttall. The trio will specialize in office, medical, and investment sale transactions, strengthening Lee Charleston’s capabilities in those sectors.
On collaborating with his son, Hartley reflects, “Joining Hunter at Lee & Associates is an exceptional opportunity that aligns with our family’s legacy and professional endeavors, while also enhancing the services we deliver to our clients.”
This synergy promises to enhance Lee & Associates Charleston’s position in the market, and according to the company’s President, Wade Allen, Hartley’s arrival comes at a perfect time.
“Despite uncertain economic conditions, our firm has maintained growth and we’re looking for more of the same in 2024,” said Allen.
“There is still opportunity in the Charleston region if you know where to look, and Paul’s strategic vision will significantly bolster our capacity for finding/closing these deals and fostering more growth as we move forward.”
And as for Hartley, he’s ready to roll.
“I am very enthusiastic about this new chapter with Lee & Associates Charleston. It’s more than a transition; it’s an opportunity to bring my years of experience to a market I’m passionate about, working alongside my son and -good friend. Together, we’re committed to contributing to the firm’s growth and continuing to serve our clients with the utmost dedication. The future is bright, and I am excited to get underway.”
