As Retail Services Director, John manages the retail services platform Team. He has successfully completed over five million square feet of shopping center and net lease retail acquisitions, dispositions, and build-to-suit development and construction transactions. Orr specializes in retail brokerage throughout the Carolinas, while serving clients Nationwide. John primarily focuses on third-party, investment-grade retail brokerage agency, tenant representation strategies and site selection and development services. He also provides special asset management and disposition for the courts and financial institutions, as well as individual developers and investors. John gives back to CRE by serving as Vice President of the South Carolina CCIM Chapter.
As the Senior Associate, Elyse is an integral part of the Team’s Agency and tenant representation services. She primarily focuses on third-party investment-grade agency of investment-grade, retail shopping, and lifestyle centers. In this role she drives the leasing services for the retail team, working strategically with asset managers and owners to create and execute programs to cultivate the optimum tenant merchandising mix synergies to command premium rents and increase asset values portfolio wide. Her tenant representation work for select marquee and best-in-class retailers includes market development and integration strategies, site selection, pre-development services resulting in spectacular store performances. Elyse gives back to CRE by serving on the Boards of both CREW Charleston, and the South Carolina Commercial MLS.
Cassie is the Broker Services Coordinator for the Carolina Retail Experts Team. She is responsible for preparing and managing proprietary market data, research and analysis, assisting with prospecting efforts, creating tour materials, cataloging transaction status updates and proactively delivering client reporting requirements. Cassie proclaims the most rewarding part of her job is professionally thriving on a Team that shapes the retail landscape of the Carolinas. She enjoys studying and analyzing the demographics and other metrics successful retailer’s measure to learn how each detail drives the decisions to choose a specific location that embodies their retail experience. Cassie gives back to CRE by serving on two Committees within the CREW Charleston Chapter, an organization advancing Women in Commercial Real Estate.
