of 32.96 Acres of Land in Charleston, South Carolina
CHARLESTON, SC (May 26, 2011) – ANCHOR COMMERCIAL | CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charleston market, today announced the completion of the sale of 32.96 acres of land located on Wando Park Boulevard in Mount Pleasant, SC.
The property was sold by Redus SC Land, LLC, (Wells Fargo) a Delaware limited liability company, to Woodfield Investments, LLC, a North Carolina limited liability company, for $3.5 million.
