Suite 104 with 3,706 SF was leased to tenant, HawkLaw who were represented by Joseph Tecklenburg of CC&T Real Estate and Suite 301 with 6,831 SF was leased to The State of South Carolina.
Acquired by Faber Charleston Limited Partnership in 2015, 3955 Faber Place Drive underwent a wide-spread renovation, which included extensive exterior and interior improvements to modernize the space.
