- Verizon Wireless, a 5,234-square-foot store located at 3513 Clemson Boulevard in Anderson, SC for $3,750,000; and
- Sherwin Williams, a 4,550-square-foot store located at 5315 Sunset Boulevard in Lexington, SC for $1,289,000
