Anchor Commercial | CORFAC International Facilitates $3.2 Million Sale of Approximately 24 Acres of Land in North Charleston, SC
CHARLESTON, SC (June 15, 2011) – Anchor Commercial | CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charleston market, today announced the completion of the sale of 23.79 acres of land located on Palmetto Commerce Parkway in North Charleston, SC.
The property was sold to The Medical Society of South Carolina for $3.2 million.
