Anchor Commercial, LLC has been appointed to act as Receiver for the Navy Yard at Noisette, LLC pursuant to a court order signed earlier this week by the Honorable Roger M. Young, Circuit Court Judge. The property consists of approximately 240 acres of land and commercial buildings in North Charleston fronting the CooperRiver. The Navy Yard at Noisette is currently home to more than thirty businesses.

Capmark Finance, Inc., the major lender for the Navy Yard at Noisette, LLC, selected Anchor Commercial to serve as a Receiver after an intensive evaluation of numerous major full service commercial real estate firms qualified to serve in such a capacity.
