CHARLESTON, SC (August 24, 2011) – Anchor Commercial | CORFAC International, a leading full-service commercial real estate provider serving the Charleston market, today announced the completion of the sale of an Office building located in Faber Place Executive Office Park at 4425 Belle Oaks Drive in North Charleston, SC. The 6,498 SF building sits on 1.81 acres.
The property was sold by Philip Porcher Gregorie to Patrick J. DeSeta for $975,000.00.
