Buist brings decades of industry experience, specializing in industrial and commercial transactions, coastal and inland ports, 3PL logistics, bulk commodities, intermodal operations, land acquisition, and investment sales. Since joining Lee & Associates Charleston, he has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s industrial and investment sales presence throughout the Charleston market and beyond.
