Lee & Associates Charleston, a leading commercial real estate firm in the Lowcountry, is pleased to announce the addition of Ben Wetenhall as a Junior Associate within the company’s Brokerage division.
The Junior Associate program at Lee & Associates is designed to develop aspiring commercial real estate professionals, providing them with hands-on training and mentorship from seasoned brokers. This developmental approach has been pivotal in launching the careers of many of the firm’s current top-performing agents.
“We are thrilled to welcome Ben to the Lee & Associates team and to provide him the opportunity to learn and grow within our Junior Associate program,” said Wade Allen, President of Lee & Associates Charleston. “Ben’s sales experience, market knowledge, and passion for real estate make him an excellent fit, and we’re confident he will thrive under the guidance of our experienced brokers.”
In his new role, Ben will work alongside Lee & Associates’ veteran brokers across all asset classes, including office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. This hands-on training will enable him to develop a well-rounded understanding of commercial real estate transactions, client relations, and market dynamics.
“I am incredibly excited to join the team at Lee & Associates Charleston,” said Wetenhall. “The company’s commitment to developing young talent is truly impressive, and I look forward to learning from the firm’s leaders. With my background in sales and data analytics, I am eager to contribute to the firm’s continued success and to launch my career in commercial real estate.”
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Ben held a Regional Sales Manager position with Sprinturf, the third-largest artificial turf company in the US. In this role, he assisted in and completed multimillion-dollar sales transactions across several states in the Southeast.
Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Charleston, where he was also a standout collegiate baseball player. Beyond his athletic pursuits, he was an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) on campus.
