This well-earned promotion reflects Harward’s exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and dedication to optimizing property management operations across the Charleston market.
In her new role, Harward will be responsible for higher-level management strategy and portfolio optimization, ensuring best-in-class service for clients while driving operational efficiencies. With a proven ability to leverage business intelligence, industry resources, and innovative property solutions, she will continue to enhance the performance of Lee & Associates Charleston’s diverse portfolio of office, medical, and retail assets.

Harward brings a strong background in property management, marketing, and client relations, having successfully managed over 700,000 square feet of commercial properties. She holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and is an active member of IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management, Chapter 72).
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, Harward earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management, with a minor in Health, Promotion, Education, and Behavior. Her well-rounded expertise and determination have made her an invaluable asset to the firm.
