The Challenge

Bi-Lo had announced plans to shutter several stores throughout the region. While this was never officially confirmed for the location at Bees Ferry Crossing, our Lee & Associates Charleston team was proactive about presenting the opportunity to many grocery stores to ensure there would be a user ready to backfill the site should Bi-Lo elect to terminate their lease.

Our Approach

We utilized our strong network of professionals to reach out to various grocery stores and anchor tenants to present the opportunity of leasing.

The Outcome

Lowes Foods, a rising star in southern grocery store chains, leased the space with plans to take over the space and remodel the store to fit the Lowes Foods’ branding model.
