Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Andrea’s experience included five years as a contract administrator in residential real estate. In this position she worked with agents to ensure that their contracts were in compliance with the real estate commission. She also worked with home buyers to help provide a headache-free buying experience.
Since 2007, Andrea has helped Lee & Associates fill several critical roles from receptionist to broker’s assistant to property manager’s assistant, which has made her an indispensable part of our team. Now, as Property Manager, Andrea assists owners and tenants on a daily basis, handling any issues concerning HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, security and more. Andrea helps maintain Lee & Associates Charleston's reputation for comprehensive customer service and tenant relations.
