Since joining Lee & Associates Charleston in August of 2000, Will has devoted his time focusing on retail development, leasing, and investment sales. He has successfully coordinated and assisted in the design and construction of multiple retail projects from small strip centers to larger mixed use developments, as well as negotiated hundreds of leases for retail tenants. He also specializes in net leased investment sales of single and multi-tenant properties.
In 2004, he received his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Members). Only the top 5% of commercial brokers in the country achieve this designation. He is also a 1994 graduate of the College of Charleston. In 2012, Will was promoted to Principal of Lee & Associates Charelston.
Will works with loyal and devoted service to his clients and helps manage their real estate investment in the best possible manner to achieve the highest results possible. In today's environment, that dedication and knowledge is a valuable tool to help navigate a more complete real estate market.
